Shoulder and neck stretch and mobilise

This is a really nice shoulder and neck mobilisation – do it without a mirror first of all, then do the same in front of a mirror.  Were you moving like  you thought you were?

Watch out that when you start (1st pic) that your elbows are tucked in by your side, and stay that way until your hands have rotated out as much as you can.

When your arms are straight – really drop your shoulders away from your ears, and tuck tuck tuck your chin in and back to lengthen your neck.
